Bam-Bu is not the easiest restaurant to find. It's tucked away in a little shopping center that is in itself hard to get in and out of. They offer an eclectic mix of Asian dishes for your enjoyment. But, the ones that I've had, I found missed the mark. Good in concept, as Bam-Bu strives to offer a taste of all the Asian cuisines (Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc.). However, there are only a few choices from each cuisine type, and none of them are particularly standouts. I would rather have seen them focus on one type of cuisine and really perfect it than be a master of none.
There are so many really good Asian places in the Denver area, that it just isn't worth having a meal at one that is mediocre. I have heard, however, that the frozen yogurt is worth going out of your way for. I don't know that I will necessarily return to Bam-Bu.

I really thought the pot-stickers were pretty darn great.
