This book was just pretty average. The characters were average. The writing was average. There was nothing super noteworthy at all.
And, unfortunately, I just never bought in. There was no climactic point that urged me to keep reading no matter what.
It was an enjoyable enough read, there just was no push. No pull. No drive.
I don't know. Falling Out of Fashion was just average.
It tells about a woman who goes against the grain of fashion, and as such, starts a fashion magazine of her own. Jane, both the magazine and the person march to a different beat than most others. And, all is going along swimmingly until the magazine is bought by big publishers, and the whole thing is in Jeopardy.
