When I saw "Twilight", I loved it because it was the visual representation of the book. However, I never really thought that it was that great of an adaptation.

They definitely improved things in the second installment: New Moon. The movie was better. The visuals were better. Things were explained a little more (for any non-fanatics out there).

Nevertheless, the acting still wasn't up to par. Stewart in particular could use some acting lessons. She is improving though. I hope. I hope it's not just wishful thinking on my part. I thought that Lautner (Jacob) did a really good job, but the others are seriously lacking some skills.

This doesn't necessarily mean that I'm "Team Jacob". I'm not. But, I'm not "Team Edward" either.

I really liked the way the past was presented in New Moon. I also thought that they did a good job of representing how Bella was feeling through the emails to Alice.
