This is the second book in the series, and I definitely enjoyed it much more than the first. I just had such a hard time getting into The Girl with a Dragon Tattoo. But, with The Girl who Played with Fire, it was almost instant.
I do realize that a lot of this is because all the introduction to the charcters was already done, so I didn't have to go about that again. But, I do also feel that this second book is better than the first. (Which doesn't happen a lot.)
Lisbeth is on the run, because people are looking for her. Lots of people. Not just her friends, whom she is still leery to consider friends, but everyone is looking for Lisbeth Salander. The police. Her father. Assassins. Just a typical day for Lisbeth.
In this second installment, we learn a bit more about Lisbeth and what she calls All The Evil. But, not all is revealed...yet.
I'm very excited to read the third and final book. And the movies are coming.
I am also a bit concerned for the amount of coffee that is apparently consumed in Sweden...
