Don't leap over Leap Year
Starring: Amy Adams and Matthew Goode
You know, as far as totally predictable movies go, "Leap Year" was pretty ok.
I loved the scenery and I think that Amy Adams is just the cutest.
The story is that of a girl who decides to propose to her boyfriend, and an old Irish tradition says it's ok to do so in Ireland on February 29th. When her boyfriend is attending a conference in Dublin then anyway, Anna decides to go and pop the question.
Along the way, disaster strikes. And she's forced to ask Declan (Goode) to take her to Dublin. Complete predictability ensues. However, Goode and Adams work well together and are able to make it a fun and worth-while movie.
Although, to be honest, I'd wait to see it until it's on DVD rather than the theater.
