For the first 45 minutes of Seven Pounds, I had not idea what was going on. But, all gradually became clear. The technique was a new and interesting, so I enjoyed being in the dark for the first half of the movie.

Seven Pounds is intense. It is one of the most intense movies I have seen in a while. I am reluctant to say too much about it, because I do not want to give away what happens, or how it happens. All I will say is it is a great movie, but I wish I'd watched it at home rather than with a group of friends. (Some times it's nice to let your emotion flow freely.)

I recommend that you watch Seven Pounds, but be prepared to be a bit confused at first, and a bit distressed later.
