Hapa Sushi and Sake Bar in Greenwood Village is a new branch on the Hapa chain.

This was our first excursion to a Hapa, and we were thrilled with the experience. Living in Colorado, it is often difficult to find good fish, seafood, and sushi. But Hapa definitely makes the cut.

They offer many different kinds of sake, both hot and cold. And the menu for sushi and rolls seems to go on forever. The atmosphere is one of urban living in a suburban area, which makes a fun change.

The food though, is delicious. We tried several different kinds of sushi rolls and all were excellent. We also tried two different kinds of sake and enjoyed both.
