After having eaten at Junz, in Parker Colorado, it is hard to find good sushi anywhere else. Junz is absolutely fantastic. All their food is freshly prepared (the sushi right in front of you). Chef Jun combines a hint of French cuisine with his Japanese speciality. I have eaten here many times, and have yet to order something that I didn't like. They offer a full menu plus hundreds of different kinds of sushi.

If you're ever anywhere near Junz, please go. You'll find some of the best food, amazing service, and great prices you can. Go to Junz as soon as you can. When you go, be sure to try the Philadelphia roll and the tofu and vegetables roll. (And anything else you can possibly get your hands on.)
