Serving only breakfast and lunch, "The Egg and I" is definitely an experience. They have a fantastic menu. The servers are always friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. It's definitely a place you mom and grandmother would love.
If you have one in your area, I highly recommend you go. The food is great. You'll be happy that you rolled out of bed a little early to head on over.
I recommend any of their egg benedicts (I'm a fan of the veggie, and my sister likes the crabcake.) Go visit "The Egg and I" for breakfast tomorrow. See you there.
