Down-and-out former professional ping-pong phenom, Randy Daytona, is sucked into a maelstrom when FBI Agent Ernie Rodriguez recruits him for a secret mission. Randy is determined to bounce back and win, and to smoke out his father's killer -- arch-fiend Feng.

"Balls of Fury" reminded me a little about "Dodge Ball". The premise is there, but I think that they let the ball drop a little when it comes to the comedy. (And I tend to like silly comedy movies.) This one just didn't quite cut it for me though.

If you're looking for an evening of mindless entertainment, then this is your movie. If you want to think a little and talk the movie over when you're done watching it, then keep looking.
