"My Mom's New Boyfriend" is about Henry (Hanks) and his mother, Marty (Ryan). Marty is always falling for the wrong guy it seems. Until she really does fall for the wrong guy. It turns out that Marty's new boyfriend happens to be an international art thief, and Henry (who works for the FBI) is trying to catch him. Now Henry ahs the task of spying on his mom's every move.

"My Mom's New Boyfriend" is almost as predictable as they come. Now that I've told you the basic story line, I'm sure you'll be able to figure out the rest of the movie.

While there were some funny parts to "My Mom's New Boyfriend", I don't feel that those brief moments were enough to save the movie from the pit of boredom. I guess there was a reason that this movie went straight to DVD. I was rather disappointed in the movie.
