Meridian 58 restaurant review
Meridian 58
Rating: 2
Two things are important for a restaurant in a big city (especially Buenos Aires, Argentina): great location and great taste. Meridian 58 got one right. Location.
Meridian 58 had a huge amount of potential. The menu was so complete you would find something for everyone. There were several vegetarian options, as well as the meat staple of Argentina. Unfortunately, the food just didn't taste good. It was very mediocre.
On the plus side, it's a large restaurant with three levels and two outside seating areas (the sidewalk and the roof). But the atmosphere does not make up for its lack in taste.
I would not return to Meridian 58 until they hired a new chef who was going to put flavor into their food.
