Open late! I was so happy to see that Jason's was open after 9 on a Saturday night. Believe it or not, it is not as easy as you would think to find a restaurant in Denver open after 9 even on a Saturday.

A fun menu with lots of choices, and nearly all are available vegetarian, Jason's is sure to please everyone. You have to find something you'll like. The chicken coconut soup is fantastic (Tom Ka Gai). The Peanut Sauce Curry is also fantastic. A very warming dish for a cold night, or if you just feel that you need something comforting. The sauce is great, with a hint of spice. A good recommendation for a summer evening is the lemongrass chicken (or shrimp, beef, tofu).

Definitely head over to Jason's. The portions are big enough to share. Two can order a soup and entrée to share, dessert for after and walk away spending less than $15. Make a stop at Jason's; they're open late, serve great food, and more than happy to serve you.

Jason's is new; they've been open for less than a month, so get in before they become the talk of the town.
