Curl up with your favorite maple syrup, and watch as Buddy (Ferrell), who was a human raised with elves, goes to New York City in search of his birth father. Buddy experiences all the delights that NYC has to offer (both good and bad), but he takes it all in stride, and never stops enjoying himself. I don't know why it took me so long to see this movie. It's so funny, as most Will Ferrell movies are. Elf is a great family movie, fun for all ages. Elf even has a "moral of the story" that's great for both adults and children alike. Definitely see this movie sometime around the holidays.
